People have said the following good things from various internet websites and vendors about this particular Canon Powershot Digital Camera: "One of the cheapest and lowest priced in the model line. Compact size. Dont need to use software that comes wit camera - pics download to win xp pro real gewd. Easy to use. Intuitive menu and gui. Beyond great battery life. Nice repalcer for my camcorder/video taper. Pic quality excellent. Saves you from carrying laptops, bullky cameras and computers to take pictures. Batteries for this camera is really cehap. Customizeable a lot. Includes battery charger and easy remove sd mem card."
People have said the following bad things from various internet websites and vendors about this particular Canon Powershot Digital Cameras: "Button to take pic requires a hard push (person is a wussy user so pay no attention). USB port cover is flimmsy and wimpy. LCD screen gets blurry if u swing the camera to o fast (duh, all cams do that). LCD screen a bit fragile. Because so tiny, might accidentally touch lense or cover of flash."
Overall rating of this canon camera digital: 9 out of 10 excellent
Personal opinion of this cheap cameras: This was one of the arly predecesosrs of the Canon digital elph camera (such as sd450, 560, 850, etc). Although old, it still packs quite a lot of picture taking processing power. Using hte digic 2 or 3 processor, pic quality is high and recycle time is fast and low. Since it is an older model, it goes for really cheap, even more inexpensive if you buy it used or refurbished. Definately a great buy.

This is an awesome camera. Good quality pictures, fast shutter speed, neat features, compact design. I loved it while it lasted. Too bad I can't comment about the battery life, because it stopped working on its first recharge cycle.
